Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order has been successfully placed.

Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or logistical delays).
Any significant delays will be communicated via email/phone.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on delivery location and order value.
From time to time, The Odiani may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes within India. Availability will be shown at checkout.
An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are required to make full payment to the delivery agent before opening the package.
Orders placed with COD are subject to verification; our team may contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
Refusal to accept COD orders repeatedly may result in restrictions on availing COD services in the future.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track their order in real time.
6. Delivery Policy
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that accurate details are provided, as The Odiani will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at their local office.
7. International Shipping
At present, The Odiani ships only within India. International shipping services will be introduced in the future and updated in this policy accordingly.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images of the parcel and product.
In case of lost shipments, The Odiani will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. If the shipment cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be provided as per our Exchange Policy.
