Our Exchange Policy has been designed with our valued customers in mind. The process is kept easy, transparent, and customer-friendly. While we sincerely hope you will never need to use this policy, we do understand that under certain unforeseen circumstances, an exchange may become necessary.
Please note:
Products sold at a reduced selling price are considered sale items and are not eligible for exchange.
Products sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items and may be eligible under this policy.
1. Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Only non-sale (fresh) items are eligible. Sale/discounted items are not eligible.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or another product of equal value.
If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
3. Refunds (Only If Exchange Not Possible)
Refunds will be processed only when an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment, wherever applicable.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Shipping for Exchange
Customers must bear the cost of sending the product back for exchange.
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, The Odiani will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.
5. Process for Initiating an Exchange

Provide your Order ID, reason for exchange, and clear images of the product in its original condition.
Our team will review the request and guide you with the next steps.

Note: The Odiani reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Exchange Policy.
